Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. This Return and Cancellation Policy applies to all services and products offered by Holistic TherapeutiX LLC and outlines the terms under which customers may cancel services or return products purchased from the Company.
2. Service Cancellation
2.1. Clients may cancel a scheduled service by notifying the Company at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time.
2.2. If a service is canceled in accordance with section 2.1, the Client will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid in advance for that service.
2.3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee of $150 of the service cost.
2.4. Clients may reschedule a service without penalty, provided the rescheduling request is made within the notice period stipulated in section 2.1.
3. Product Returns
3.1. Products purchased from the Company may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, provided the product is in its original, unused condition.
3.2. To initiate a return, the Client must contact the Company within the timeframe stated in section 3.1.
3.3. Refunds for returned products will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days of the Company receiving the return.
3.4. Certain products may be non-refundable or subject to specific return conditions, as specified at the time of purchase.
4. Exceptions
4.1. Special events, workshops, and retreats may be subject to different cancellation and refund terms, which will be provided to the Client at the time of registration for the applicable event.
5. Contact and Communication
5.1. Clients should contact the Company via email or phone for any inquiries or requests regarding cancellations or returns.
6. Amendments
6.1. The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Policy on the Company’s website or upon direct communication with the Client.
7. Acknowledgment
7.1. By purchasing services or products from the Company, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
